Returns & Refunds policy

Tattoos and Readings are non-refundable as they are mental and emotional health services and permanent physical services.

Refunds are not permitted:

Tattoos: Your $40 deposit is held for a rescheduled appointment.

Readings/Life coaching: Payments are held for future appointments.

Cancelled tattoo appointments do not receive refunds because Dr Foster will have spent time designing a tattoo and blocking that time from someone else booking.

Readings/life coaching appointments are pre-paid. Funds can be used to reschedule or transfer to someone else's use. You may also receive a gift certificate for future use.

Clients are allowed a one-time grace period of a missed appointment. Once missed, Dr Foster will reschedule one-time. Beyond that, payment is forfeited.

Conditions for returns of physical items:

Jewelry, books, t-shirts, rocks and gems are non-refundable once they leave the store. Soaps, lotions, and candles once used are non-refundable.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
